How to Install Air Rear Shock

  1. Remove old shock – Securely support your bike. Remove mounting bolts and carefully detach the existing shock. Note any spacers or hardware.
  2. Prepare new shock – Ensure the shock bushings are clean and lightly greased. Set initial air pressure to a conservative value (consult setup guide).
  3. Mount new shock – Align the shock with frame mounts and insert bolts. Tighten to manufacturer torque specifications.
  4. Set sag and adjust – With rider weight, measure sag and adjust air pressure accordingly. Set rebound damping to your preference.
  5. Test ride – Take a short ride to confirm setup. Adjust as needed for optimal performance.
