How to Install

  1. Remove old brakes – Remove existing calipers and rotors. Clean mounting surfaces.
  2. Mount rotors – Attach 160mm rotors to front and rear hubs using the included 6-bolt hardware. Tighten to spec.
  3. Install calipers – Mount calipers to frame and fork using appropriate adapters (if needed). Select correct configuration (F160R140 or F180R160).
  4. Route and attach cables – Install brake cables through levers and housing. Attach to calipers.
  5. Adjust caliper position – Center caliper over rotor. Tighten mounting bolts while holding brake applied to ensure alignment.
  6. Adjust cable tension – Set proper cable tension using barrel adjusters. Test brake feel.
  7. Clean rotors – If any oil is present, clean rotors with alcohol before first use.
