How to Install Bike Inner Tube

  1. Remove wheel and old tube – Take off the wheel, deflate old tube, and remove using tire levers.
  2. Lightly inflate new tube – Just enough to give it shape – do not overinflate.
  3. Insert into tire – Place tube inside tire, ensuring valve aligns with rim hole.
  4. Mount tire – Work tire back onto rim, careful not to pinch tube.
  5. Inflate to pressure – Inflate to recommended PSI (printed on tire sidewall).
  6. Check and ride – Ensure tire seated evenly and valve is straight.
